Prices
Unless otherwise specified in writing by an authorized Account Manager or Office Manager at Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp, all prices shall be as listed in the price list issued by Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp. Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp will advise (60) days prior to any price increase.
All prices are exclusive of taxes, customs, duties, transportation and insurance, and any and all current or future tax or governmental charges (including, without limitation, any sales or use tax) applicable to the sale, delivery, shipment, storage or use of the Goods that Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp is required to pay or collect, shall be for Purchaser’s account and shall be added to the price and not subject to reduction.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in writing by an authorized Account Manager or Office Manager at Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp, the payment terms shall be NET 30. Purchaser shall be liable for all expense’s attendant to collection of past due amounts, including attorneys’ fees and costs. Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp shall have the right to set-off any amounts owing from Purchaser against any amounts payable to Purchaser.
Interest shall be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month on all overdue accounts. The granting of credit by Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp is based on its evaluation of the purchaser’s financial circumstances. If purchaser’s financial circumstances do not justify shipment on credit as decided by Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp, Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp may require full or partial payment in advance.
Shipment Terms
All shipments are FOB Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp Warehouse. Prepaid shipments shall be shipped using the most economical method as decided by Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp. Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for Goods received at its sole discretion. All shipping dates are approximate and not guaranteed. No delivery delay will entitle to a charge back, set off or claim for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential or other damages of any kind.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss shall pass from Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp to Purchaser once the Goods are loaded on the first carrier at Canada Go Green’s/CGG US Tech Corp’s facility, and all claims for loss or damage from that point in time and on, including in transit, must be filed against the carrier by Purchaser.
Return Policy
Return of Goods shall require the prior written approval of a Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp Account Manager or Office Manager. Goods pre-approved for return will be subject to restocking, reconditioning, repackaging and freight charges. Products must be returned prepaid shipping, unless otherwise authorized by Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp. Products must be received in good salable condition. Canada Go Green/CGG US Tech Corp reserves the right to refuse the return of certain products at its sole discretion.
